Clearwater has advised Combinatie Teijsen van den Hengel (CTH), on entering into a joint venture partnership with VION N.V. subsidiary Sonac, a leading producer of sustainable ingredients for food, feed & pet food, fertiliser, plus oleochemical and pharmaceutical markets worldwide.
CTH is responsible for the processing and sale of natural sausage casings and slaughterhouse by-products. Headquartered in Almere in the Netherlands, with a workforce of over 500 employees, the company has production sites in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and China.
