Clearwater advises BMP Benelux on entering into a joint venture with Chemieuro
Clearwater has advised BMP Benelux, a distributor of raw plastic materials, on entering into a joint venture through the sale of 50% of its shares to Chemieuro, an international chemical distribution company specialising in polymers.
BMP Benelux distributes raw plastics for the plastic processing industry in the Netherlands and Belgium. Its products include polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), styrenics, and engineering plastics.
Established in 1970 in Spain, Chemieuro is a globally operating commodity trading and distribution partner for leading producers in the chemical and plastics industry.
This transaction will allow both companies to benefit from larger geographical coverage, both in sourcing and sales.
