We have advised Abry-backed Confirma Software on the acquisition of Finnish enterprise software company SKJ Systems.
Confirma Software was founded by Abry Partners, a US-based private equity with deep sector knowledge in business and information services, in May 2019. The company has a strategy to consolidate enterprise software companies with specialised offerings for SME customers throughout the Nordic countries.
Confirma now acquired SKJ Systems, a Finnish provider of Point-of-Sales (POS) systems under Jeemly and Flowvy brands. Confirma will integrate SKJs POS systems with its current ERP solutions offering.
