I have over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, having led numerous domestic and cross-border transactions for private, publicly traded, and private equity companies, especially within the Consumer and Healthcare sectors.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the University of Vaasa and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Lapland.

In my free time, I enjoy encouraging my daughters on the football pitch – as they develop their skills in sports and life as well as taking long walks in the nearby national park with my wife and our dog.
