After advising entrepreneurial families and ultra-high-net-worth clients on complex private portfolios at Goldman Sachs, I transitioned into M&A and corporate finance. Since then, I have advised strategic and financial investors across a wide range of sectors on sell-side and buy-side transactions, complex carve-outs, capital increases, and debt refinancings. I am driven by acting as a trusted adviser at critical inflection points, combining rigorous analysis with a strong focus on value creation and execution certainty.

I hold a Master’s degree in International Finance Grande École, H.18 from HEC Paris and a BSc in Economics from the University of Bern, with additional studies at the University of St.Gallen.
