With a strong academic background in finance, obtained through a master’s degree from Nova School of Business and Economics and further enriched by an experience at ESSEC Business School in Paris, I have developed expertise in the financial sector, beginning my career in the CIB division of BNP Paribas before continuing in the M&A team at Mediobanca. Currently, as an Analyst at Clearwater, I am actively involved in M&A transactions, managing both buy-side and sell-side processes, as well as Debt Advisory activities. I collaborate with Italian and international clients, supporting them in achieving their strategic and financial objectives.
