Clearwater welcomes Krushi Hindocha, who joins Clearwater’s Healthcare team, following a sustained period of growth for the sector and a strong 18 months of transaction activity. Krushi joins the firm from the Healthcare M&A team at PwC where he worked on transactions across the spectrum of healthcare services.
This investment into the Healthcare team follows the sector’s growing pipeline of mandates and successful deal completions, with Partner David Weavers leading the sector across Clearwater’s international territories.
During 2023, the international healthcare sector team completed 18 international deals, totalling €1.6bn, with 10 of those deals completed by the UK team, with an average deal size of over €60m. This activity was recognised at the 2024 HealthInvestor Awards, where Clearwater received the title of Corporate Financier of the Year.
