Since joining Clearwater in 2023, Adrian has been instrumental in numerous M&A transactions, focusing on the industrials and chemicals sector, including the sale of Gigaset to Vtech and Bachl Steinwolle to Kingspan. Adrian has over 12 years of experience in M&A, from starting his career at Leonardo & Co (now Houlihan Lokey) and then working in HSBC's M&A division for eight years in Germany and Saudi Arabia, gaining expertise in complex cross-border transactions for international conglomerates, upper mid-market companies, and investors.
Lukas has been a key member of Clearwater’s Debt Advisory team since 2022 and has led several high-profile transactions including the funding for Imker’s acquisition of AVM, securing acquisition finance for WEIG to acquire Buchmann, raising finance for enercity’s acquisition of a wind farm portfolio, financing for H.I.G. Capital's majority stake in office people, and corporate financing for Phoenix Contact. Before joining the firm, Lukas spent eight years at UniCredit, where he structured and financed over 50 transactions for European multinationals, German mid-sized companies as well as large family offices and private equity firms worth more than €50bn.
