The Clearwater team has advised Macos Software AG, a software provider for Swiss pension funds on its sale to Volaris, a group focused on acquiring, strengthening and developing technology verticals.
Macos' solutions are used by some of the largest pension funds in Switzerland, which serve over 130,000 insured people. Since 1980, the company from Volketswil, Zurich, has been offering its know-how and first-hand IT expertise to make processes and the day-to-day work of pension fund organizations more efficient. Its long-standing customers include pension funds, pension fund administrations, pension and collective foundations and other pension fund service providers.
