We have advised IK Partners on its strategic investment in Kestrel Capital, a leading Irish wealth management firm.

Headquartered in Dublin, Kestrel Capital is one of Ireland’s most respected independent wealth managers, delivering tailored investment and financial planning solutions to high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and charitable organisations. The firm manages over €1bn in assets and is recognised for its strong client relationships and high-touch advisory model.

IK Partners is a leading European private equity firm with a long-standing track record in the financial services sector and over €19bn of capital raised since inception. This transaction represents IK Partners’ first platform investment in Ireland and will support Kestrel Capital’s continued growth in an increasingly sophisticated and evolving domestic wealth management market.

Our cross border UK and Irish teams provided buy-side support to IK Partners on its investment in Kestrel Capital.

The completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
