We advised the Ingman Group on its sale of Ingman Ice Cream division to multinational Unilever. Ingman Ice Cream is the market leader in the Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Belarusian markets with over €70m net sales during 2010. In addition, the company manufactures lactose-free and non-dairy ice-cream in Sweden and is the market leader in Northern Europe regarding these products.
