Grupo Eurofinsa, a Spanish based infrastructure development company, has acquired 74% stake in CEINSA Contratas e Ingenieria, S.A., a Spanish based construction company, for a consideration of €9.3m.
CEINSA generated revenues of €55m for the year ending 2011.
