We have provided financial advice and fairness opinion to Terrafame Group Ltd (Terrafame Group), related to a new €175m financing package from Terrafame’s owners, Trafigura, Galena and Sampo. The financing package included equity investments as well as loan facilities.
Terrafame Group is a special-purpose company wholly owned by the State of Finland and is responsible for managing the state ownership and exercising the owner's power at Terrafame Ltd., which is a Finnish multi-metal company producing nickel, zinc, and cobalt at its mine and metals production plant located in Sotkamo.
