We have advised the owners of Linja Arkkitehdit, a design of educational and business premises and residential buildings specialist, on the sale to Sweco.
Linja Arkkitehdit is one of the largest architectural agencies in Finland. It offers architectural services in the design of educational establishments, residential premises and business premises. The company has approximately 60 employees and it is owned by the employees.
With this acquisition, Sweco becomes one of the largest architecture companies in Finland. In total, Sweco Group has around 1,400 architects and landscape architects and is one of the world’s five largest architecture firms.
