The DICOTA Original Brand Manufacturing business is a renowned designer and provider of IT and mobile carrying and protective cases for notebooks, smartphones and tablets as well as accessories. The business operates a global distribution network with local subsidiaries and sales offices as well as agents and partners serving B2B and B2C customers in more than 80 countries.
The transaction is based on a re-focusing of OSM Group to become a dedicated OEM supplier in the growing market of carrying accessories for mobile devices in the mobile phones, IT and fashion industry.
