Clearwater has acted as advisers to KHS Arkitekter A/S (KHS), a Danish architectural firm, on its sale to leading Nordic consultants, Norconsult.
Founded in 1969, KHS has a wealth of expertise in both full-service and client consultancy, and provides services within several sectors including social housing and public sector developments, including new builds, renovations and regeneration projects.
Norconsult is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy firm with approximately 3,800 employees worldwide and has vast experience in the construction industry. The company is a good fit for KHS Arkitekter as the two firms already have an excellent working relationship and will inspire further growth; this merger follows several other acquisitions made in recent years as Norconsult continues to expand their global footprint.
