Clearwater has advised Indizen Technologies, a Spanish IT firm, on its sale to Scalian Group.
Founded in 2001, Madrid-based Indizen Technologies (Indizen) specialise in developing customised data analytics solutions for the banking and health industries. Indizen employs 200 staff members and has seen significant growth during the few last years.
Paris based, Scalian Group (Scalian) has an established presence in Germany, and is backed by Cobepa; a qualified private European investors firm. Scalian, provides digital transformation solutions and operational performances for blue-chip customers.
The acquisition of Indizen aims to grow the position of Scalian in the Spanish market to expand its reach globally.
