We have advised the owners of Endiprev, a Portuguese-based company specialising in commissioning and maintenance services for the wind power sector, on its sale to Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS), a Danish player in the wind industry.
Endiprev is an independent provider and international reference of technical and engineering services to the wind power industry, with comprehensive experience in commissioning and MV/HV work in both onshore and offshore projects. With more than 500 employees, the company has a strong focus on all the major wind markets in Europe, particularly in the UK and France, as well as the US.
MWS, a Danish independent division of the German-based Muehlhan Group, is a global player in the wind industry, with a notable presence in the markets across Northern Europe, the UK, North America, and Australia. MWS offers a comprehensive range of services, including installation, offshore pre-assembly, blade repair work, scheduled service, as well as large-scale upgrade and repair campaigns. Since the investment in 2022 by US-based private equity firm, One Equity Partners, Muehlhan Group has focused on its ambitious growth strategy through both acquisitions and organic expansion.
The current executive management team of Endiprev will remain in place and retain ownership stakes in the combined group.
