Clearwater UK has provided debt advisory services to Kingsbridge Risk Solutions Limited (Kingsbridge), a portfolio company of Dunedin LLP (Dunedin), refinancing its existing facilities with RBS.
Kingsbridge is one of the UK’s leading insurance brokers and risk management providers for contractors, freelance professionals and corporate clients. They provide comprehensive and compliant business insurances - including professional indemnity, public liability and employers’ liability- partnering with leading recruitment companies and contractor accountants.
Dunedin first invested in Kingsbridge in 2016 and the business has grown strongly since then, including the recent bolt-on acquisitions of Larsen Howie and Dinghy during 2018. The refinance allows the business to continue with its growth strategy.
