We have advised Digidom on the sale of a majority stake to Anderson Business Advisors (owned by Sun Capital Partners).
Digidom, a French provider of business services for SMEs and startups, specialising in company domiciliation and legal formalities, announces an investment from Anderson Business Advisors (Anderson) to acquire a majority stake in the company.
Founded in 1999 and based in the United States, Anderson is a global provider of business services, including the creation and establishment of entities, the role of registered agent, and tax and accounting services. Anderson was acquired by a subsidiary of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a major private investment firm, in March 2023.
The value creation in Digidom's core business is expected to be driven by global expansion, with the opening of several new offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. The management will also introduce new features to enhance the customer experience and plans significant investments to improve Digidom's digital platforms. Furthermore, Digidom and Anderson's clients are expected to benefit from the enhanced offering provided by the combination of the two companies.
