We have advised Common Management Solutions, S.L (CMS), a SAP partner specialist IT consulting firm for the healthcare and banking sector, on its sale to Globant, a US listed company specialising in software engineering and IT Services.

Established in 2006 and headquartered in Madrid, Common Management Solutions is a long-lasting SAP partner, specialised in implementing SAP ERP solutions for the healthcare sector, integrating leading banking solutions, and bespoke DevOps projects for Spanish top tier financial institutions.  Leveraging its consolidated relationship with SAP, the company has developed its own set of successful Healthcare IP Solutions, based on SAP technology, that are in the process of being commercialised through third party system integrators worldwide.

With an experienced team of over 200 IT professionals, CMS has been able to expand internationally with more than 40% of its revenue coming from international clients in Mexico, Chile, the UK, and South Africa.

Globant, originally founded in Argentina in 2003 and headquartered in Luxembourg, is listed in the Nasdaq Stock Market. Globant is a digital native company specialising in software engineering and IT services. It is known for using technology, particularly AI, to transform industries and enhance user experiences by combining innovation, design, and engineering. With this strategic acquisition, Globant will benefit from CMS’s leading position in Europe and their expertise in the healthcare sector. While CMS will leverage Globant’s international footprint and large portfolio of blue-chip clients, which will strengthen its market position.

Tech software

It has been a true pleasure working with the partners at CMS and recognising the enormous potential of this asset. We have witnessed its evolution into an IP solutions company, guided by a team of exceptional professionals. After our previous collaborations with the company, we are convinced that, through a competitive M&A process, we have achieved the best outcome for the owners and found the perfect partner to lead Common MS to new horizons of success.
