We advised A-lehdet, the third largest magazine publisher in Finland, on the acquisition of Forma Publishing Group Oy, a publisher of several well-known B2C magazines in Finland and Estonia. Forma's revenues in 2011 were €13m with approximately 60 employees. The Swedish seller Forma Group is owned by the OMX Stockholm listed investment firm Hakon Invest.
