I joined Clearwater in 2025 after more than 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity, with a strong expertise in technology, including software, payments, data, and e-commerce, as well as financial services and education.

In 2010, I co-founded Vulcain, a mid-market corporate finance advisory business in France that later became part of Clearwater in 2025.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Stanhope Capital, Swordfish Investment, and Deutsche Bank in London, gaining experience as both a private equity investor and an M&A banker.

I hold a degree from ESSEC.
