I am Chair at Clearwater, bringing together over three decades of senior banking experience and a hands-on record as a founder and entrepreneur. As CEO of Credit Suisse's Nordic region, one of the most profitable in EMEA, and through senior roles at Deutsche Bank and UBS, I built deep expertise in capital markets, cross-border M&A and advisory work across European markets. Alongside that career, I co-founded Stabelo Group, a digital mortgage institution in Sweden, and Optio Investment Partners, a private debt manager, giving me direct experience of the opportunities and pressures facing founders and management teams, not just as an adviser but as a builder. 

Based in Stockholm, I started my career at Handelsbanken in Sweden before spending 12 years in London, and that combination of Nordic roots and international experience shapes how I work with clients today. I understand what it takes to grow a business across borders, to chair a company through a significant transaction, and to make decisions under pressure with incomplete information. 

Alongside my advisory career, I have held a number of chair, board and advisory roles across technology and growth businesses, including chairing Basware through to its sale to Accel-KKR. I bring a strongly relationship-led and entrepreneurial perspective to everything I do, and I work closely with leadership teams across Europe to help them move quickly and decisively in fast-moving markets.
