I joined Clearwater as a Senior Associate in 2026, bringing four years of M&A advisory and corporate development experience. I began my career at a mid-market M&A boutique in Amsterdam, where I advised entrepreneurs on sell-side, buy-side and cross-border transactions in business services, software and industrial services. I subsequently spent two years in Corporate Development at Visma, a leading Nordic B2B software company, focusing on buy-side transactions across the Benelux. At Clearwater, I enjoy working closely with founders and entrepreneurs as a trusted partner from the outset, striving for the best outcome for all parties. I hold a BSc in Economics and Business Economics and an MSc in Financial Economics, both from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
