I joined Cleawater in 2026 as a Partner, after almost 20 years with Lincoln International in Paris where I contributed to the development of the Industrials and Business Services groups across Europe.

I have been involved in more than 40 complex transactions, including LBOs and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a leading role in both origination and execution. I have a strong understanding of corporate clients’ requirements as well as financial investors’ expectations. I am also keen on advising entrepreneurs ready to take their company to the next level.

Having a focus on Business Services and Building, I deliver M&A advisory across a wide variety of subverticals, such as security and fire safety, renovation and energy efficiency, mission-critical services and building maintenance.

I started my career at Arthur Andersen and then EY, pivoting gradually from audit to transaction services and M&A. I hold a Master’s degree from Neoma Business School.
