Following a highly successful year marked by several key transactions across Ireland, we are thrilled to announce the appointment of Ross O'Donovan as Associate Partner in our Dublin office. Ross will play a critical role in driving our debt advisory and deal origination initiatives, as he steps into the role of Head of Debt Advisory & Deal Origination in Ireland.
He brings with him a wealth of experience from his tenure at Deloitte, where he was an integral part of the corporate finance team as Director. Over the years, he has been involved in a wide range of transactions and has advised leading family-owned, owner-managed, and both domestic and international private equity clients. His diverse experience and ability to adapt to changing market conditions will be invaluable as we continue to expand in Ireland and beyond.
With his extensive background, Ross will be instrumental in driving Clearwater’s growth in Ireland, leading our debt advisory practice and expanding our deal origination efforts across the region. His expertise will be key in strengthening our capabilities and ensuring we continue to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This coincides with the formal launch of Clearwater’s debt advisory practice in Ireland, solidifying our position as the leading adviser in the market.
