Olivier has over two decades of M&A experience, having held senior-level and management positions at leading international investment banks. Throughout his career, he has worked on various advisory, capital markets, and financing transactions for Swiss and EMEA clients. Since relocating to Geneva in 2014, Olivier has primarily focused on advising owners of mid-sized companies seeking succession solutions.
With his wealth of experience advising both business owners and private equity, coupled with his regional insight, Olivier will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of Clearwater in Switzerland. He will allow us to provide even more localised and specialised support to the French-speaking businesses in Switzerland, further strengthening our position in the DACH region.
