Cheto Corporation is a small manufacturer of industrial high precision equipment for the tooling and moulding industry. Besides its small dimension the brand is world-wide recognized for the technology known as Deep Hole Drilling.
Since the foundation of Cheto Corporation, Cillo Group held a non-strategic participation in the company. From its restructuring process the shareholders of Cillo Group decided to sell their stake in Cheto Corporation, which represented 50% of total shares.
Clearwater has advised the shareholders of Cillo Group in the financial restructuring process and, as consequence, in finding a buyer and sell its shares of Cheto Corporation.
