Role

Adviser to ADHD-360 on its sale to Keys Group

Sector

Healthcare

Region

UK

We have advised ADHD-360, an organisation which delivers assessments, diagnosis and treatment for neurodiverse conditions, on its sale to Keys Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist care, support and education.

ADHD-360 offers services for both privately and NHS funded clients, both children and adults. Services are offered virtually and the organisation has its base in Lincolnshire. These services align closely with Keys Group’s current services which include those for adults with learning disability, autism, acquired brain injury and mental health difficulties (delivered under the Accomplish brand), residential children’s homes and specialist schools across England and Wales (offered under the brand Keys). It also provides education through adventure delivered through its four adventurous activities centres.

ADHD-360 will sit within Keys’ health division and will retain its name, branding and identity. The company’s CEO, Dr Phillip Anderton, will remain within the business for at least 12 months to ensure a smooth transition.

We are truly excited to be joining Keys Group. Keys bring the very best alignment available to our values and our purpose. The two organisations are truly a tremendous fit. By joining together there are benefits for those supported across Keys’ services, helping to offer even more support for those who are neurodiverse. The pairing also assists ADHD-360 to continue on our growth journey.

When we founded ADHD-360, we set out to assess and treat 20-30 new patients a month and in so doing we believed we could make a difference. In this new chapter, as we now assess over 2,000 new patients and in Autism and ADHD post record months consistently, we have an exciting and new opportunity to help even more people and families.

Keys and ADHD-360, through this exciting acquisition, hold a joint commitment to serve our patients and we are very much looking forward to the whole host of exciting new opportunities this acquisition brings for all.

As waiting times for ADHD and neurodiversity conditions continue to lengthen, ADHD-360 offers an invaluable service.

Many of those we support, across our children’s and adults’ divisions, are neurodiverse and as an organisation we know the importance of a person – adult or child – having a timely and accurate diagnosis and, where relevant, appropriate treatment. These are both offered by ADHD-360.

The skills, knowledge and experience of the more than 150-strong ADHD-360 clinical team will greatly complement those of our own large, highly skilled and experienced clinical team who work within both our children’s and adults divisions. And the ADHD-360 clinical team are supported by an ‘engine room’ of more than 140 colleagues whose skills will also be a great asset.

We are thrilled to welcome our new colleagues and ADHD-360’s patients and their families to the Keys family. We share very similar values and goals, with a clear focus on improving the lives of the people we provide services for. We are welcoming an organisation whose work complements our own.

David Manson, CEO, Keys Group

We’re proud to have supported ADHD-360 on this milestone transaction. The organisation has grown rapidly by delivering vital services to individuals and families navigating ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions. Partnering with Keys Group will allow ADHD-360 to accelerate its impact further, benefiting from the scale, reach and clinical expertise of one of the UK’s leading specialist care providers. This acquisition brings together two values-led organisations and represents a strong strategic fit.
