The Clearwater team has advised the founders Sabine and Karin Vogt on the sale of Vokus Personal AG, a leading Swiss staffing agency for the healthcare sector.
The founders and co-CEOs of Vokus Personal are transferring the majority of their shares to the Swedish Storskogen Group as part of their succession plan. The two sisters will remain on board as shareholders and, in cooperation with Storskogen, will hand over the operational management of the company to a new managing director recruited during the acquisition process.
The company will be integrated into Storskogen's HR & Competencies segment of the Services division, but will remain operationally independent.
