The Clearwater team has advised Ascot Elite Entertainment / Elite Film AG on a joint venture with Impuls Pictures AG.

Ascot Elite will take over all distribution and marketing tasks for the portfolio of CH Media subsidiary Impuls Pictures AG and will then account for over a quarter of the Swiss cinema market share. Thanks to the cooperation, the company will also benefit from access to CH Media brands and their advertising services.

As part of the cooperation, CH Media will become an important Ascot Elite partner and secure broad access to top film content for its free TV channels such as 3+ or TV24 as well as for the planned streaming platform "oneplus".
