We have advised the owners of Metaforce, a Nordic market leader in Customer Communication Management (CCM), on its sale to DOXIS, backed by TA Associates and Carlyle.

Metaforce has developed a market-leading SaaS platform for efficient and personalised customer communication, with a strong customer base in banking, finance and insurance. The deal creates significant value by combining DOXIS's robust ECM offering with Metaforce's modern CCM solution, enabling a broader and more complete offering and new market opportunities.

DOXIS is one of Europe's leading providers of Enterprise Content Management (ECM). With its platform, DOXIS helps companies structure and control documents, processes and information, from storage and archiving to automated workflows. With the support of TA Associates and Carlyle, DOXIS has strengthened its strategy of building a comprehensive ecosystem for intelligent content management.

Together, Metaforce and DOXIS will be able to offer a combined solution for both internal document and information management and external customer communication. For customers, this means smoother processes, increased efficiency and greater opportunities to automate and quality-assure communication throughout the value chain.

Metaforce is a key piece of the puzzle in covering the entire document and information lifecycle, creating significant value for customers going forward and strengthening DOXIS's comprehensive offering in intelligent content automation.
