We have advised Telavox on its sale of Numintec Comunicaciones SL (Numintec), a Spanish company specialising in contact centre as a service (CCaaS) solutions, to Enreach, a leading European provider of smart communications solutions, backed by Waterland Private Equity.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Barcelona, Numintec has built a solid value proposition in the CCaaS sector, combining its own technology with third-party solutions to serve a diverse customer base. The company has a workforce of 60 professionals and serves more than 600 customers. In 2025, it achieved a turnover of €8m, with more than 70% of its revenue coming from recurring revenue (ARR).
Enreach is a leading European provider of comprehensive business communication solutions, whose smart contact portfolio combines AI-powered contact centre software, collaboration tools, and telephone solutions. The company operates in more than 25 countries and has over 1,000 employees across 20 offices, serving its customers through an extensive network of partners, distributors, and service providers, as well as its direct sales channel.
The acquisition of Numintec significantly strengthens Enreach’s position in Spain, bringing on board a team with over 20 years’ experience in CCaaS environments and technical as well as commercial capabilities that complement Enreach’s existing contact centre business unit. The transaction is in line with Enreach’s strategy of concentrating resources and expertise on its key segments, small and medium-sized enterprises, contact centres, and service providers, within its priority European markets. As part of its commitment to continuity for customers, partners, and employees, Numintec will continue to operate from its current locations and retain its local team of experts.
The transaction highlights the continued appeal of software companies with high recurring revenue, proprietary technology, and a strong position in specialised niches.
