We have advised the Danish IFS specialist Curit on its sale to Flexicode, which is owned by the German investment firm EOS Partners and is in the process of building the leading European platform within IFS.

Curit ApS is headquartered in Vejle and is a Danish ERP consultancy firm which has specialised in IFS since 2003 and is one of Europe’s most experienced IFS partners. Curit is an IFS Gold Channel Partner and covers the entire ERP lifecycle, from analysis and design through to implementation, upgrades to IFS Cloud and customised integrations, right through to ongoing maintenance, hosting and support. Its clients are primarily complex industrial companies in the construction, manufacturing, energy, food, defence and aerospace sectors, where the ERP system is business-critical.

Flexicode is a German IFS specialist headquartered in Germany with additional offices in Switzerland; as an IFS Premier Partner in the DACH region, it provides implementation, managed services and in-house developed solutions to medium-sized industrial companies. EOS Partners acquired a majority stake in Flexicode in 2025 with the aim of creating the leading European IFS platform. With the addition of Curit, the platform is now expanding into Denmark and the group is growing to 200 IFS specialists across the DACH region and the Nordic countries.

Through this sale, Curit has found a partner in Flexicode, with a dedicated European IFS platform and an extensive European network, which will enable Curit to support and develop companies’ IFS solutions on an even broader scale.

We are very much looking forward to the future, where, as part of the Flexicode Group, we can now realise our dream of becoming Europe’s largest IFS consultancy firm.
