We have advised the owners of Stala Oy, a kitchen sink & worktop company, on its sale to PE-backed Slovenian production company Kovinoplastika Loz.

Stala is a Finnish, family-founded Company with almost 50 years of experience in manufacturing and designing stainless steel worktops, sinks, mailboxes, waste sorting systems and other kitchen-related products. Stala is the leading kitchen sink and worktop brand in the Nordics with a sales level exceeding €10m and solid profitability.

For me and other family members it is very important that with the help of the Clearwater Finland team we could find a new owner who is committed to develop Stala’s operations in Lahti and support STALA brand grow further internationally.
