We have advised the Finnish state on the sale of 85% of its share in Raskone Ltd, while Governia sold the remaining 15%, to Lease Deal Group Plc., a Finnish conglomerate. Raskone Ltd specializes in the servicing and maintenance of utility vehicles. Lease Deal Group Oyj is a Finnish multisector group. The state's revenue from the sale is €7.2m, which includes repayment of the subordinated loan granted to Raskone. In the same deal, the wholly state-owned special assignment company Governia Oy sold its 15% holding in Raskone Ltd.
