Led by the Esteban family and based in Malaga, Spain, Ores & Bryan specialise in technical insurance for companies and professionals, with a particular focus on credit and surety insurance. The company has a strong national presence, especially in Andalusia, and offers a wide range of insurance products for SMEs.
Throughout its 30-year history, Ores & Bryan has positioned itself as the insurance broker of reference in the credit and surety sector thanks to its specialised and personalised advice. In 2021, it reached a turnover of €6m.
Clearwater is advising Miura Partners on a consolidation project in the insurance brokerage sector by incorporating other brokers to expand the company's current geographical presence and product portfolio, especially in niche corporate insurance products.
