We have advised management on the sale of Paroc Group Oy, a Finland-based insulation producer engaged in developing, manufacturing and distributing stone wool products for use by the building industry and other industries, to CVC Capital Partners Limited, a UK-based private equity firm. We provided advisory related both to the exit and the new investment.
Paroc was involved in a financial restructuring in 2009 when the company was acquired by lenders, employees, and management.
