Clearwater has advised Growth Capital Partners (GCP) portfolio company Flint Global, an adviser to businesses and investors on policy, regulation and politics in European and global markets, on its refinancing to support further growth of the business.
Founded in 2015, Flint Global covers different areas of policy, politics, regulation and competition across all sectors of the economy. The business advises investors on political and regulatory risks affecting transactions and assets, helps corporate clients anticipate, interpret, and respond to developments in policy and politics, and provides technical regulatory, economic and competition advice in the UK, EU and Asia-Pacific.
In December 2021, GCP provided investment to Flint Global to strengthen the service offering and create more opportunities for its business to grow. GCP has a strong track record of supporting and scaling fast growing professional services businesses.
The funding provided by NatWest will provide more firepower for the business to continue on its next phase of growth.
