Elisa is a telecommunications, ICT, and online service company serving 2.3 million customers including corporate and public administration organisations.
Santa Monica Networks specialises in secure IT networks and data centre solutions, with customers that include Finnish and Estonian publicly listed companies as well as large and medium-sized businesses that need high-level expertise in data networks and security, rapid response times, and a dedicated partner.
Santa Monica Networks employs 73 people in Finland and 36 people in Estonia. The two target companies generated revenues of €44m and EBIT of €3m in 2016.
