We have advised Alma Media, a Helsinki-listed media company focusing on digital services and publishing, on the sale of Alma 360, a content marketing provider, to Otavamedia, part of a 125-year-old family-owned media company.
Alma 360 will become part of a company composed of MCI Press, Otavamedia Customer Communication, and DeCo Media. The combined entity is a clear market leader in Finland.
While the growing content marketing business is interesting, we have decided to focus our activities. Otavamedia is the best possible owner for Alma 360 and will become the clear market leader in its sector thanks to this transaction.
