Al Dahra Agriculture, an agricultural and animal production Group from United Arab Emirates has acquired an 80% stake in Fagavi, a Spanish based agricultural production for animal feed.
The merged group will be known as Al Dahra Fagavi, will have 140 employees and produce 360,000 tonnes of feed a year in Catalonia. The produce will be exported to the United Arab Emirates, where production is impossible on account of the large amount of water needed for crop cultivation.
Clearwater advised Fagavi shareholders on the sale process to Al Dahra Agriculture.
