My career has centred on advising entrepreneurs and private equity owners on the sale of their companies - first during nearly five years at EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance, mainly on sell-side transactions in software, and now at Clearwater, which I joined in 2026. Every sale is a pivotal moment for its owners, and I believe the best outcomes come from thorough preparation combined with a genuine understanding of what each client wants to achieve. I hold a BSc and an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics, specialising in Corporate Finance.
