I began my career at Deloitte Corporate Finance and have accumulated over 15 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), developed across Spain and London.

Throughout my career, I have advised founders, investment funds, family businesses, and multinational corporations at key stages of their corporate development — including investments, shareholder entries, and divestment processes — participating in numerous cross-border transactions.
