I joined Clearwater in 2025 with the intention of strengthening my path in M&A and contributing to the growth of the companies and clients we advise. I hold a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from IE University. Before joining the firm, I gained international experience during my internship at BNP Paribas CIB in Germany, which reinforced my interest in corporate transactions. What motivates me most about M&A is the opportunity to understand how companies operate, identify key value drivers, and take part in high-impact strategic decisions.
