We have advised Unilite, a manufacturer of skylights, fire safety, and ventilation solutions, on its sale to the technical solutions group Addtech.
Unilite is a Danish family-owned business with 85 employees, operating from its own factory near Hobro, Jutland. Unilite is a leading manufacturer and knowledge partner in skylights, fire safety, and indoor climate solutions for industrial, commercial, and public buildings across Denmark and Norway. In recent years, Unilite has experienced impressive growth, capitalising on increased safety regulations and customer demands by offering innovative products and solutions.
Addtech is a Swedish listed business group comprising approximately 140 independent and decentralised companies that provide highly technical solutions, primarily serving clients in the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.
Under its new ownership, Unilite will benefit from Addtech’s resources and in-depth expertise, while continuing to operate as an independent company within Denmark, under the Addtech Energy division. Unilite will maintain its current management, employees, unique culture, and close relationships with customers and suppliers.
