I have over 20 years of experience advising mid-market corporates and sponsors on raising, refinancing, amending and restructuring debt facilities. Before joining Clearwater, I was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey (formerly GCA Altium), where I was jointly responsible for establishing the Debt Advisory practice in 2014. I am proud to be a partner in one of Europe’s largest dedicated Debt Advisory teams at Clearwater, comprising over 40 specialists and completing over 75 transactions per year across private equity, corporate, PLC, and owner-managed clients.
