I am Managing Partner at Clearwater responsible for overall leadership and strategy. I led the creation of the UK business which we founded in 2003. We set up Clearwater because we saw the need for quality independent advice delivered from a business with scale and a focus on excellent client outcomes. My career has spanned restructuring, banking, and corporate finance. I have worked on all kinds of deals - IPOs, private equity, cross-border exits, and carve-outs, and have been advising clients for over 30 years. My favourite transactions are when we put entrepreneurs and private equity together, which I must have done more than 100 times by now.
