I have more than 25 years of banking experience in structured finance, including real estate, leveraged buyouts, special situations, and M&A, with extensive involvement in complex mid‑ and large‑cap transactions.

I recently advised third‑party funds on real estate transactions and served for four years as President of an AMF‑regulated real estate asset management company.

Before joining Clearwater, I spent most of my career at BNP Paribas in the real estate and M&A divisions, and at RBS, where I co‑led the leveraged buyout team in Paris and headed the special situations department.

I am responsible for debt advisory and restructuring, and I cover the real estate sector across France and Belgium.

I graduated from Paris1Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
